How Do We Print Books With Peecho?

A guide to StoryTerrace's print-on-demand process, using Peecho as the primary printer.

Last edited by Elsa and Agustina on 11th September 2026

Overview

Peecho's Dashboard contains a comprehensive Order view with information about order history, status, tracking number, and customer data — check there first for anything about an existing order.

What if the Dashboard doesn't answer my question?

Open a ticket by emailing support@peecho.com and mention the Peecho order ID in the subject line. Peecho support will respond within 2 business days, and often within 24 hours.

What if a customer's copies arrive damaged?

Email support@peecho.com with pictures of the damaged copies and the order number, and ask for a reprint in that email — don't re-order through the system.

Important Policies

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled once they've entered the Peecho dashboard. If Peecho is asked to cancel an order after it's been submitted, StoryTerrace will be charged for it.

CHANGES AFTER APPROVAL

If a storyteller requests a change after they've already approved the books, they have to pay for new copies to get the version they want.

If there's a compelling reason your storyteller should get replacement books at StoryTerrace's expense, get approval from your Team Manager before re-ordering.

DESIGN CHANGES

Peecho cannot make any adjustments to the content of StoryTerrace book files — this is an intellectual ownership restriction, and StoryTerrace can't take responsibility for content errors introduced this way. If a content change is needed, a new file has to be created by Bookmaker or a designer.

Design specs

  • Use dimensions 148 × 210 mm / A5 (5.83″ × 8.27″)
  • Do not add bleeds or margins to the designed PDF
  • No blank pages at the start or end of the interior
  • The order comprises two PDF files: (1) cover + interior file, and (2) a spine file, sized to the number of interior pages
  • Peecho max page count is 300 pages for Europe, the US, and Canada
  • Must have an even number of pages

To calculate the spine width, use Peecho's spine width calculator. The spine height is always 210 mm.

Steps to place the order

Prefer video? Watch this Loom walkthrough instead of following the steps below.

Log in at peecho.com using the shared StoryTerrace printer account (username printer@storyterrace.com — see your team's password manager/Slack for the password).

1. Click Upload new publications and upload the cover + interior file.

2. Select your file and wait a few moments — a pop-up will appear once the book is in the system.

3. Choose the product: Hardcover or Softcover. Choose the size: Small. Click SAVE.

4. Scroll down to the Spine section, choose Custom PDF, and upload the spine PDF. Click SAVE.

5. You can ignore the other boxes. When you're ready, click Order print.

Checkout

Checkout has three parts: Product, Delivery and email address, and Overview.

A. PRODUCT

Enter the number of copies you want to order.

B. DELIVERY AND EMAIL ADDRESS

  • Enter the customer's delivery address plus their phone number — this lets the delivery company call the customer if needed.
  • Enter the customer's email address so they receive shipping notifications from Peecho and its carriers, including the shipping confirmation and tracking link once the order ships.
  • Peecho can't split an order across two addresses — place a separate order if copies need to go to a second address.
  • You don't need to set a billing address.
  • Peecho does not check delivery addresses. If a delivery fails because of a mistake in the address and the order needs to be reprinted, Peecho will charge it back to StoryTerrace, so please double-check the address yourself before ordering.

If a customer is struggling to understand the shipping process, feel free to reuse the language from this FAQ to explain it.

C. OVERVIEW

Quick Answers

Can I cancel an order after it's been submitted to Peecho?

No. Once an order has entered the Peecho dashboard, it can't be cancelled — if Peecho is asked to cancel it anyway, StoryTerrace is charged for it.

What if my storyteller wants changes after they've already approved the books?

They have to pay for new copies. Replacement books at StoryTerrace's expense need Team Manager approval first, and only when there's a compelling reason.

What if a customer's copies arrive damaged?

Email support@peecho.com with photos of the damage and the order number, and ask for a reprint directly in that email rather than placing a new order.

Can Peecho fix a typo or design issue in the files?

No — Peecho can't touch the content of book files. A new file needs to come from Bookmaker or a designer, then be re-ordered.

Can one order be shipped to two different addresses?

No, Peecho can't split an order across addresses. Place a separate order for the second address.

Do I need to enter a billing address at checkout?

No, only the delivery address and the customer's email and phone number are needed.

What happens if I enter the wrong delivery address?

Peecho doesn't check addresses, so a failed delivery caused by an address mistake and any resulting reprint will be charged to StoryTerrace.

Where do I find the Peecho login password?

Check your team's password manager or Slack — the shared login is printer@storyterrace.com.

What coupon code do I use at checkout?

Storyterrace2026
